Check-In Check-Out: On the day of arrival the rooms are available from 16:00 clock. If you arrive earlier than 16:00 or after 19:00 o'clock, please inform us early. On departure the rooms must be free not later than 10:00 clock (or by appointment).

In case of early departure or late arrival, we have to the amount of the booked services you bill.

Cancellation: The anticipation of your holiday can be interrupted by an unexpected event. You can not start your trip and have to cancel your stay. Until 3 months prior to travel with us you can make your cancellation fee will be charged. After expiry of this deadline, we have to charge you in the event of a cancellation cancellation fees.

- Up to 1 months prior to the arrival date 40% of service booked
- 1 week prior to the arrival date 70% of service booked
- In the last week before arrival 90% of the booked service.
- In case of early departure 100%

Smoking: Our breakfast room and the parlor are non-smoking areas. All our rooms are non smoking, to smoke, please go to the balcony. Ashtrays are available.

Pets: By prior arrangement Pets are willkommen. Please understand that pets are not allowed in the breakfast room. For one pet per day will be € 10,-- (offset without food).
